Are you a world-class performance expert?
We’re looking for exceptional coaches who are ready to work one-on-one with clients around the world to help them achieve and sustain peak performance. As a Valor Coach, you’ll help clients succeed — both professionally and personally — and be at their best when it matters most.
What We're Looking for:

An advanced degree in a field such as psychology or counseling, or a performance or executive coaching certification

Familiarity with leadership development theory

At least three years of performance or coaching experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
